Many kids in the Las Vegas Valley don't have access to regular meals when school is not in session, so we are teaming up with Chefs for Kids as part of the 13 Connects campaign - Summer Servings.
We are collecting healthier canned food options so kids can "eat a rainbow" this Summer. Now through May 18, you can drop off these items at Findlay Subaru of Las Vegas, or by texting "13 Connects" to 50155.
This campaign is a Channel 13 initiative in collaboration with the Scripps Howard Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions to this campaign will be used to support the Southern Nevada area and are tax deductible.
