Adriana Gonzalez-Chavez is your East Las Vegas reporter, covering stories ranging from education, cultural events, road work and breaking news.
Adriana was born and raised in Arizona, recieving her bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communication, and her master's in mass communication, both from Arizona State University. She has a passion for journalism and covering stories that matter to the communities she serves in English and in Spanish.
Before moving to Las Vegas, Adriana was a midday anchor and reporter in West Texas. While in Texas, she often covered stories related to health and community outreach. She is also a former fellow of the Fullbright Program in Germany.
She is excited to report on stories that impact the East Las Vegas community and help enhance news coverage in the area.
Outside of work, Adriana enjoys staying active and spending time with close friends and family.
