LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Darcy Spears recaps the top 3 investigative stories of 2018.

The No. 3 story is about a place that many start their day -- a doughnut shop.

Pink Box Doughnuts on Lake Mead Boulevard and Buffalo Drive received a 32 demerit, C grade in March.

The No. 2 story on the list is Darcy's investigation of imposter rideshare drivers.

Elizabeth Suarez's traumatic experience began in mid-July after a night at the Park MGM. She booked an Uber to take her home but she claims that it was not an Uber driver who picked her up.

The No. 1 investigative story of the year started with a complaint about Code Blue Towing and Savannah Falls Homeowner Association.

A resident left their vehicle in the street after arriving home with their child who just received chemotherapy. An hour later, after getting the child settled, the resident went outside to find the vehicle gone.
