This will be the 11th year a successful partnership between Las Vegas and the NHL has occurred and the 10th time the league will honor the best hockey players and top performances of the season in Las Vegas, according to the NHL's website.

Vegas has hosted the event previously at the Palms Hotel, Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and the T-Mobile Arena back in 2017.

A full line up of presenters and entertainment will be announced at a future date.

Tuesday's announcement came before the Golden Knights Game 4 opening-round playoff game against the Sharks, as Vegas entered the game with a 2-1 series lead over San Jose.
