Las Vegas police released more details about the deadly crash near Flamingo Road and Swenson Street, saying a Chevrolet Camaro failed to stop at a red light where the Chevrolet Cobalt had the right of way. Both drivers were transported to Sunrise Trauma. The 64-year-old driver of the Cobalt died of his injuries while the 31-year-old male driver of the Camaro has moderate injuries. The Camaro driver, identified as Steven Terry, showed signs of impairment and was arrested at the hospital.

One person is dead after 2 vehicles were involved in crash near Flamingo Road and Swenson. One of the involved vehicles caught fire after the crash. A driver was pronounced deceased at the hospital. Flamingo is closed in both directions between Swenson and Cambridge.
