During Phase 2, casinos, movie theaters, bowling alleys, bars and many other types of businesses are allowed to reopen. However, that does not mean that everyone will be reopening immediately. Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, Boulder properties to reopen June 4 at 12:01 a.m.
