13 Action News has been warning drivers about the traffic nightmare expected during EDC weekend, because of closures along the 95 near the Spaghetti Bowl. We found at least one local business looking forward to the detours.

MTO Cafe in downtown isn't on the exact detour route, but it is less than half a mile away, and it could see a huge impact because of everybody avoiding the freeway.
The owner says he expects all of downtown to get congested this weekend, not just the roads along the detour route. He's hoping many of those drivers will stop by his restaurant.
"I think every single street is going to be packed, because you either have to go up the back way on Las Vegas Boulevard, or you'll have to go all the way around. Pretty much everyone will try to go down one of these roads," says Ben Sabouri, the owner of MTO Cafe.
The freeway closures will be in effect all weekend until early Monday morning.
