LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Stadiums might not be completely empty after all.
The NFL may be using virtual fans to fill the seats this season, according to ESPN.
Officials are looking for ways to enhance the game-day experience.
They are also considering a large virtual backdrop, similar to what the NBA is currently doing at its bubble in Orlando.
Earlier this week, the Las Vegas Raiders announced no fans will be allowed at games this year.
