Allegiant Stadium will have a variety of food options for fans

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Las Vegas Raiders and Silver & Black Hospitality gave members of the media and others a taste of what Allegiant Stadium has to offer on Wednesday.

The tasting event showcased the different foods and beverages that will be available to fans at games and other events inside the stadium.

It featured everything from Mexican food to Italian favorites to burgers and more.

Featured food providers include Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger of BBQ Mexicana, traditional Italian favorites courtesy of Ferraro’s, mouth-watering burgers with a Japanese twist from Fukuburger, Guy Fieri’s Tailgate Kitchen and Bar, homegrown burgers and shakes from Holsteins, pizza by Evel Pie and Pizza Rock by Tony Gemignani, and down-home BBQ courtesy of Rollin’ Smoke. Signature items from Silver & Black Hospitality were also on display in addition to the House Deals menu, which boasts six top-selling game day menu items for $3 each.

The event also highlighted select beverages from Las Vegas-based bartending icon, Tony Abou-Ganim, who takes the helm as Allegiant Stadium’s resident master mixologist. A sampling of some of his must-taste concoctions includes the Silver & Black Margarita, the Chucky and Bloody Mary.
