LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Next month's NFL Draft in Las Vegas is still on.
The president of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority says plans for the draft have not changed amid concerns of the coronavirus.
Steve Hill says the LVCVA is having twice daily conference calls with the Southern Nevada Health District to monitor the situation. He says they will rely on the district and the NFL to make necessary decisions.
Just last week, the NFL said it was closely monitoring news from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, but plans for the draft in Las Vegas were still a go.
