LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Former world boxing champ Floyd Mayweather says he's coming out of retirement in 2020.

Mayweather, 42, says he is working on a "spectacular event" with UFC boss Dana White.

If it happens, this won't be the first time that Mayweather has come out of retirement.

He last stepped into the boxing ring in 2017 to fight UFC star Conor McGregor. That win left Mayweather with a perfect record of 50-0.

Many people are speculating that Mayweather will try his luck in the octagon next. However, other people observed that he posted a photo of himself in boxing shorts and are speculating that he may choose to fight Manny Pacquiao again.

The original fight against Pacquiao was the highest-grossing pay-per-view event in history and Pacquiao has wanted a rematch.
