One slice of Pizza Hut's Pepperoni Lover's pizza is 460 calories. That means you would have to run 141 football fields at an average speed of 5 miles per hour to burn off 3 slices!
Fried chicken packs on the calories as well. Each KFC chicken breast has 520 calories. That translates to 957 touchdown dances to burn off the calories from 2 pieces.
As for beer, each 12 ounce of Budwiser has 145 calories. So if you drink 4 plan on doing the wave more than 2,000 times to melt away those unwanted pounds.
