The WNBA offseason is now underway.

We spoke with Las Vegas Aces General Manager Dan Padover about how the team plans to build off of last season.

"Overall, we still have a young roster. Even though A'ja just won MVP, it was her third year. Kelsey is going into her fourth year playing. Jackie is going into her third year, so overall, we really want our players to develop. We're excited to have Kelsey back and excited to have Liz back but focusing on getting our group together that we thought was going to be together in 2020, but really gearing towards 2021," says Dan Padover, Aces general manager.

Even though the pandemic forced the team to play in the bubble in Florida, the Aces ended last season with the best regular season record and got to the finals where they lost to the storm.

The first day teams can sign free agents is on February first.
