One Las Vegas school is being proactive in their attempt to protect its students from a possible active shooter situation.

Lamb of God Elementary School has placed finger print activated safes, filled with tools that teachers can use to protect themselves and their students, in every classroom. The box only responds to the teacher's fingerprint and inside is a whistle, police baton, pepper spray and more.

The boxes are already being used in a few businesses across the Las Vegas valley and other schools may follow suit.
