The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

7:50 P.M.
LVMPD Officers responded to an illegal shooting​ with numerous rounds fired near Lamb Boulevard and Craig Road at 4764 Thunderbolt Avenue. Police say no one was at the location when officers arrived and they later determined a person was transported to UMC Trauma with multiple gunshot wounds. The person is in critical condition. The street is shut down and will be for the next several hours. Avoid the area.

2 P.M.
A motorcyclist is dead after a crash near East Lake Mead Boulevard and Pecos Road. The intersection will be closed in all directions for next few hours. It is not known if the motorcyclist was impaired or speeding, according to North Las Vegas Police.

The motorcyclist was later identified by the coroner as 46-year-old Anna Marie Gomez. Her death was caused by multiple blunt force injuries.

Motorcyclist dead after crash in Las Vegas

10:53 A.M.
Las Vegas police are investigating a crash involving two city marshals riding on motorcycles, a white Jeep, and a blue Hyundai Sonata. Police say one citizen and the two marshals were transported to UMC Trauma with non-life-threatening injuries. The crash happened around 9:19 a.m. near the intersection of Palomino Lane and Rancho Lane.

5:30 A.M.
Las Vegas police are investigating a homicide at 2068 N. Nellis Blvd. near East Lake Mead Boulevard. READ MORE.

Las Vegas police are investigating a murder-suicide that occurred in the 4100 block of Don Bonito Street near Mountain Vista and East Flamingo Road. READ MORE.

Las Vegas police shoot man who reportedly had a gun at a convenience store near Pecos Road and Carey Avenue. READ MORE.
