School police say the soft lockdowns have been lifted at Mabel Hoggard Elementary School, West Preparatory Academy, and a nearby child development center.
8:30 A.M.
Three schools are on soft lockdown following an active barricade situation near Vegas Drive and Martain Luther King Boulevard, school police say.
