This is a roundup of all the breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley for December 7, 2017.

5:14 P.M.

A fatal crash involving a motorcycle and a limo is causing major traffic delays on Las Vegas Boulevard, near Sunset Road. READ MORE

2 P.M.

Firefighters responded to a call at 2528 Las Verde Street, near Sahara Avenue and Valley View Boulevard. The fire was knocked down and everyone reportedly escaped the house.

10:40 A.M.

Police say a woman was shot several times at a home on Mossy Oaks Lane near Sahara and Sloan. There were 3 children in the home at the time but there were not injured. They are still looking for the suspect. The woman is expected to survive. 

9:40 A.M.

Police are investigating shooting near Sahara Avenue and Sloan Lane. Police say that they were at the home earlier this morning in response to a call. However, no one was arrested at the time. A shooting was reported at 9:20 a.m. at the same location. The victim was transported to Sunrise Trauma in unknown condition. Police are looking for a black male in his 40s. He was last seen near the wash in the area. 

6:50 A.M.

A motorcycle has crashed near Nellis and Las Vegas boulevard. It appears that the rider is OK. The motorcycle is currently lying in the media. First responders are on the scene. 

5 A.M.

Local firefighters responded to a fire at a vacant motel near Las Vegas an Charleston boulevards on Thursday morning. The fire department says they found fire in a room on the 3rd floor first and then discovered fire on the 2nd floor as well. The fire may have been started by squatters. No injuries have been reported. Damage estimated at $50,000.

OVERNIGHT

Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a stolen vehicle. It happened shortly after 9:30 p.m. near Washington Avenue and Saylor. Police say the occupants of the stolen vehicle ran away. The occupants of the other vehicle were transporter to hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
