UPDATE DEC. 08: The Clark County coroner has identified the dead motorcyclist as 38-year-old Jose Carlos Torres-Martinez of Las Vegas.

A fatal crash at 5:14 p.m. involving a motorcycle and a limo is causing major traffic delays on Las Vegas Boulevard, near Russel Road. Northbound Las Vegas Boulevard has been shut down at Sunset for the investigation.
