UPDATE DEC. 10:
The Clark County Coroner has identified the victim as 18-year-old Jamar Perkins, Jr.
Police officers in Las Vegas are investigating a shooting on Sherwood Street, a residential area near Sahara Avenue and Paradise Road. According to the department, a man was shot and killed. Officers say they are trying to determine if the shooting was an accident. The investigation is ongoing.
