9:21 P.M.

Clark County Fire Fighters are responding to a small plane crash that occurred just north of the Jean Airport. Officials are reporting one possible fatality at this time.  https://bit.ly/2wNVRWj

9:49 A.M.

The Clark County Fire Department responded to a report of smoke in a room at the Harrah’s Laughlin Hotel and Casino, 2900 S. Casino Center Drive. Units arrived at 9:56 a.m. and began an investigation that revealed smoke in one room of the hotel as reported. The smoke was from a burned light fixture and there were no actual flames. CCFD crews used fan to ventilate the smoke. There were no injuries reported.

7:04 A.M.

Las Vegas police say there was an anonymous call this morning regarding a suspicious package at McCarran International Airport. They are sweeping the property but there are no closures at this time and no flights have been affected. 

5 A.M.

A 3-vehicle crash around midnight has resulted in major delays on northbound Interstate 15 near Sahara Avenue. At least one person was badly injured.
