NEVADA (KTNV) — A woman is under arrest for murder after a man's body was located in an abandoned car on a Nevada road earlier this month.
Las Vegas police reported 25-year-old Kelsey Turner was taken into custody on March 21 in Stockton, Calif. by members of the FBI Stockton Safe Street Task Force.

Her arrest stems from a homicide investigation that started on State Route 147 near mile marker 14 on March 7.
Authorities said they located the body of Thomas Burchard, 71, in an abandoned vehicle at that location with suspicious injuries to his head.
Burchard was a favorite psychiatrist in Northern California as his patients expressed this on social media when his passing was announced.
