Four Las Vegas valley master-planned communities are among the top-selling in the nation, according to a report.
National real estate consultant RCLCO released its mid-year report which found Summerlin is No. 3, Inspirada is No. 8, Cadence is No. 12 and Skye Canyon is No. 17.
According to the report, Summerlin saw a 64 percent increase in sales in the past year with 772 homes sold while Inspirada saw a 21 percent increase with 475 homes sold and Cadence 45 percent increase with 334 homes sold.

Home sales at the nation’s 50 top-selling master-planned communities were strong in the first half of 2018, with a total increase of nearly 7 percent over the first half of 2017. On average, communities on this year’s list experienced approximately 16 percent growth in sales over the same time period last year.

The top 5 includes The Villages in Florida, Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota, Florida, Irvine Ranch in California and West Villages in Venice, Florida.
