Raiders add 3 players to COVID-19 injured reserve list

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Three members of the Las Vegas Raiders will not be playing this season because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Defensive end Maxx Crosby, running back Rod Smith, and linebacker Ukeme Eligwe are opting out of the 2020 season.

The three have been added to the COVID-19 injured reserve list and will be getting a $150,000 advance from their salary.

Thursday, was the deadline for players to opt-out of playing in the upcoming season.
