Colliers International announced its Doherty Industrial Group secured the lease that established Matter Park @ West Henderson as the home for the Raiderettes, the official cheerleaders of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Neighboring the Raiders Headquarters and practice facility, the Raiderettes will occupy 15,000 square feet at Matter Park @ West Henderson, a newly constructed industrial complex near St. Rose Parkway and Raiders Way developed by Matter Real Estate Group.
The facility is located in the emerging West Henderson submarket near high-profile companies, the building is shell complete offering light industrial and warehouse distribution product type that can accommodate tenants.
