The Vegas Golden Knights are accepting applications for those interested in joining their ice crew or fan interactive promotional team for the 2017-18 inaugural season.
Applications are available here and are open until Aug. 11. There are roles available for those individuals who have prior skating experience, as well as roles available for those who do not have prior skating experience.
Both teams will serve as community ambassadors for the Vegas Golden Knights, interact with fans and facilitate promotions during Golden Knights home games at T-Mobile Arena. On non-game days and during road games, the ice crew presented by The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and promotional team will represent the organization at off-site events including school and hospital visits, community caravans, hockey clinics, watch parties and other sponsored events.
Ideal candidates will have a love of performing and a dedication to growing the sport of hockey and the Golden Knights brand. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered. All positions are part-time, but those selected must be able to attend all practices and at least 75 percent of Golden Knights home games during the 2017-18 campaign.
Auditions for those selected will be held August 23-24 at City National Arena, the practice facility of the Vegas Golden Knights.
