Fans gathered outside City National Arena on Sunday as the Golden Knights head off to their next series game.
“It’s a gorgeous day, and we’re sending off our Golden Knights,” says VGK fan Juana Anderson.
Anderson showed up to wish the team well alongside her golden retriever, Lucy.
“Lucy likes to come to get out and support them when she can,” she said.
Anderson and dozens of other fans lined Pavilion Center Drive to wave to the players as they head off to San Jose for games three and four of the series.

Fans say they came out to make sure they players know that the city of Las Vegas has their back.
“Everyone is represented, and everyone seems to be involved in supporting the team,” said Juana.
This was the second time fans gathered for a send-off in April.
