LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Tuesday is the last day that the City of Las Vegas will accept toys as payment for parking tickets.
The Toys for Tickets program is a partnership with the city and the nonprofit HELP of Southern Nevada.

To be eligible, the ticket must be issued within city limits between Oct. 15 and Nov. 15, and must be a non-public safety ticket.
The toy must be new, unwrapped, and worth the same amount or more as the original ticket.

The following public safety and handicap-related parking tickets are EXCLUDED from this program:
- Any handicap related violation
- No Stopping/No Standing
- Red curb
- Sidewalk
- 18” from the curb
- Double parking
- Blocking alley
- Too close to the intersection, crosswalk, stop/yield sign
- No parking areas
- Bike lane
- Fire Lane/hydrant
- Blocking or facing traffic
Toys and tickets will be collected until Dec. 15 at the Parking Services Office, located at 350 S. City Parkway.
Office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. The office is closed on weekends and holidays.
