LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A convoy of 205 concrete trucks delivered more than 2,050 cubic yards of concrete to the site for Circa Resort & Casino.
Circa will be located in downtown Las Vegas. It is the first new hotel and casino in the downtown area since 1980.

Owner Derek Stevens is collaborating with Steelman Partners to oversee Circa’s architecture and design, McCarthy Building Companies Inc. as contractor and Tré Builders as construction manager.
When finished, the hotel and casino will add 777 rooms to the downtown area. It will feature an expansive casino, multi-level pool amphitheater, relaxing spa and a variety of culinary, entertainment and gaming experiences.
