It's all about pizza this week in Las Vegas.
The International Pizza Expo is in town and three pizza masters will make an appearance at La Pizza e La Pasta at Eataly Las Vegas at the Park MGM on Tuesday night.
Pizza lovers will be able to watch the masters in action as they prepare their specialty pizzas featuing hit-qualituy ingredients like Urbani truffles and mortadella al tartufo from Rovagnati during Pizza After Hours: Master Neopolitan Pizzaioli, Truffles and Beer Festival.

Featured pizza masters include Master Pizzaiolo Enzo Coccia from Pizzeria la Notizia; Teresa Iorio, "The Queen of Pizza Fritta," from Pizzeria Le Figlie di Iorio and "Il Pizzaiolo Archeologo" Antonio Langone.
