LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Wynn Resorts claims the Culinary Unions are requiring them to give full-time workers a full 40 hours a week.
In a letter to employees, Wynn resorts says that move will force them to make layoffs.
The Culinary Union says it fought the scheduling system after Wynn refused to pay for 4 more months of healthcare benefits for union workers.
