Wind advisory issued near Las Vegas, Pahrump

A wind advisory has been issued for Mount Charleston, Pahrump and other areas around the Las Vegas valley.

Windy conditions are expected today, tonight, and tomorrow. Peak gusts of 35-40 mph in Las Vegas from the north.

A wind advisory has been posted for Red Rock Canyon, Mount Charleston, and Pahrump. Winds can get as high as 60 miles per hour in Pahrump.
