Watch for debris on the roads, keep distance between your vehicle and high-profile vehicles on the roads, and secure loose objects around your home.

This wind will drive temperatures nearly 15° above average, with highs in the upper 70s from late morning through the afternoon under sunshine and high clouds.

The record high for today is 79°, so the forecast of 78° in Las Vegas will be close!

The breezes should relax under 20 mph this evening and tonight but won't totally diminish until sunrise on Thursday.

Less wind to finish the week, but a drop to either side of 70° is expected on Thursday and Friday.
