The Bend will be 14 acres of office and retail space located on West Sunset Road, between Durango Drive and Riley Street, and is scheduled to open in 2019.

“It’s been exciting to see such major interest for The Bend. Lotus of Siam and Freed’s are two of Las Vegas’ most well-established names in the business," said J Dapper, owner of Dapper Companies.

Previously announced tenants for The Bend included Galaxy Theatres, The Great Greek, Aces & Ales Brewery, Sola Salons, Mothership Coffee and Shang Artisan Noodles.

“Our lineup of restaurants and retailers couldn’t be more amazing," said J Dapper, owner of Dapper Companies.
