4:15 A.M.
Flamingo at I-15 is now back open following a crash overnight. A man was killed and the NHP wants to stress that he wasn't wearing his seatbelt.
The crash involved a Chrysler 200 and a minivan. Investigators say somehow the driver of the Chrysler 200 lost control and went into oncoming traffic on Flamingo.
That driver was pronounced dead at UMC. The people in the minivan received minor injuries but are going to be OK.
