A man in a motorized wheelchair has died as a result of a crash early Thursday morning near Sunset Park.

Police said the man was traveling westbound on Sunset Road in the right lane when it was hit by a Toyota Prius around 3:50 a.m.
The 56-year-old man in the wheelchair was transported to Sunrise Hospital before succumbing to his injuries.
The Clark County coroner will release his identity.
