House Democratic Leader, Nancy Pelosi, urged Kihuen to resign after the allegations were first brought up in a report by BuzzFeed News.
The report claimed a campaign staffer quit after receiving multiple unwanted advances and another woman also claimed that Kihuen touched her thighs or buttocks on multiple occasions.
Kihuen called the allegations "unsubstantiated hearsay and innuendo" in a statement released to the press.
