LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police are investigating a possible shooting on White Lilac Street, near Fort Apache south of Blue Diamond roads.
Neighbors told 13 Action News there was a large police presence in the area around 3 p.m.
Police say officers responded to reports of a fight at a nearby 7-Eleven shortly after 11 a.m. Neighbors told authorities they heard banging and thought it was someone banging on a garage door but that it was actually gunshots.
Police are not sure if anyone was shot or injured, or if there was an actual shooting. Nobody has been transported at this time.
A few people were detained, and at least one was detained due to an unrelated outstanding warrant.
