LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

9:10 P.M.
Henderson police say a 21-year-old man was struck by a vehicle at East Sunset Road and North Green Valley Parkway. He was taken to Sunrise Hospital in critical condition but died at the hospital on Monday. The man who was driving had no injuries and impairment is not suspected. Eastbound Sunset Road at Green Valley Parkway is closed for the next two to three hours while police investigate.

9:05 P.M.
Las Vegas police say a man is in critical condition after he was reportedly burned at a park located at 6225 W. Flamingo Road. The man's wife treated him at home after he said he felt a liquid on him and was then subsequently lit on fire. This incident remains under investigation.

1:55 P.M.
UPDATE: One person has been taken into custody at the Thyme Avenue barricade but it is still an active police and SWAT scene.

5:18 A.M.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police report a barricade situation that began with an early morning robbery. According to officials, the robbery occurred at Viva El Taco, located on the 30th block of North Lamb Boulevard. Detectives following up leads on suspects were led to a residence located on the 4200 block of Thyme Avenue, near N. Lamb Blvd. and Stewart Avenue. Police believe the suspects may have barricaded themselves inside the home and are asking people to avoid the area.
