9 P.M.
A pedestrian was hit by a RTC bus traveling east on Craig Road around 8 p.m. Police say the pedestrian stepped off the sidewalk in front of the bus. The pedestrian was transported to hospital and is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries. Road closures are in place until about 3:30 a.m.
6:15 A.M.
A fire broke out Monday morning in a vacant house at 1701 S. 16th St. near Maryland Parkway and Oakey Boulevard.
