11:18 P.M.
Las Vegas firefighters respond to fire in vacant law office building at 935 S. Decatur Blvd. Cause of fire under investigation. Evidence of squatters using the building.

10 A.M.
Clark County Fire Department, Las Vegas police and medical personnel are responding to reports of a hot air balloon crash near Goodsprings. Las Vegas police has confirmed some of the basic information. FULL STORY.

5:15 A.M.
Las Vegas police are investigating shots fired in 2000 block of College Place near East Lake Mead Boulevard and Mt. Hood Street. Police say a residence was struck in the area. No one was injured. An arrest has been made. Some lane closures on Lake Mead are in effect.

12:15 A.M.
A crash on I-15 near Sloan is casing road closures in the area. Expect delays.
