7:15 P.M.
Las Vegas police said a barricade situation came to an end with a man being taken into custody without incident in the 5300 block of East Craig Road.

1:25 P.M.
Las Vegas police are investigating a domestic-related event where a man is not allowing a woman and child to leave an apartment in the 5300 block of East Craig Road. It was reported the man was armed and this was treated as a barricade situation. SWAT and crisis negotiators are responding to the ongoing incident with road closures at the scene.

10:20 A.M.
2,138 customers are currently without power in the Las Vegas valley. The affected zip codes include 89139 (1,872 customers); 89113 (248 customers); and 89147 (11 customers).

UPDATE 10 A.M.
Las Vegas police say a barricade situation near Boulder Highway and Flamingo Road, which began as a stabbing investigation, has ended. One person was taken into custody without incident, police say.

8:58 A.M.
Las Vegas police are on the scene of a barricade situation near Boulder Highway and Flamingo Road. Nellis Boulevard is closed between Boulder Highway and Twain Avenue. Avoid the area.

UPDATE 6:45 A.M.
Clark County Fire Department responded to a report of a "high level" fire at on Sun Valley Drive, near Harmon Avenue and Nellis Boulevard, around 5 a.m. There were no victims or injuries and no further involvement. The cause is undetermined. Damages have not been estimated. In total, 4 engines, 1 truck, 2 rescues, 2 battalion chiefs and an air resource unit responded with 27 personnel.

5:40 A.M.
Chopper 13 is over a home on Harmon Avenue and Nellis Boulevard where crews are responding to a garage fire.
