10:45 P.M.
Police are investigating a homicide near North Rancho Drive and North Decatur Boulevard. The intersection is closed while homicide detectives investigate.
7:30 P.M.
The pedestrian struck by a vehicle near Boulder Highway and Nellis around 5:55 p.m. has died. Fatal detail is now investigating the accident.
7:02 P.M.
Fire dispatch received a call of smoke from a home near Silverado Ranch and Spencer. Henderson Firefighters worked along side the Clark County Fire Department. While fighting the fire, a firefighter fell through the floor, but was uninjured. The cause of the fire is under investigation. The homeowner tells 13 Action News the house was vacant. The utilities had been turned off two days ago, he said.
5:55 P.M.
A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle near Boulder Highway and Nellis Boulevard. The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene and the victim has been transported to the hospital. The intersection is currently shut down.
The extent of the pedestrian's injuries are currently unknown.
10:47 A.M.
Police say that there was only one shooting on Sunset Road and Eastern Avenue. It was initially reported as two shootings because one of the men involved fled the scene and arrived at a 7-Eleven near Sunset and Pecos roads. Therefore, civilians at both locations reported separate shootings not knowing that the incidents were connected. READ MORE.
9 A.M.
Police are investigating 2 shootings on Sunset Road. Both shootings happened at 7-Eleven stores in the area. One shooting took place near Sunset and Eastern Avenue and the other shooting happened at Sunset and Pecos Road. The condition of the victims are unknown. It is also not known if anyone has been arrested. Police say the shootings are most likely connected. Homicide detectives have been called to scene.
8:15 A.M.
Police are on the scene on an incident near Eastern Avenue and Sunset Road. We have a crew at the scene and are waiting for information.
6:20 A.M.
Power has been restored to all but a few customers in the area of the crash near Sahara and Mojave Road.
5:45 A.M.
A rollover near Sahara Avenue and Mojave Road has resulted in lane closures in the area. In addition, there are more than 1,300 customers without power in the area because of the crash.
OVERNIGHT
A motorcyclist was killed Thursday night on Whispering Sands near Decatur Boulevard and Farm Road. Police believe the motorcyclist was speed when when the bike hit a raised median.
