LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

9:30 P.M.

UPDATE: The fire in the 1000 block of South Commerce Street has been put out. The fire was in an office on the mezzanine on the second floor.

8:28 P.M.

Las Vegas Fire and Rescue are fighting a two-alarm fire in the 1000 block of South Commerce Street near East Charleston Boulevard. Crews are in defensive mode and are reporting heavy smoke from a warehouse. No injuries have been reported.

4:36 P.M.

This afternoon Clark County Fire Department and North Las Vegas Fire responded to a fire at Van's Trailer Oasis located at 3610 North Las Vegas Boulevard. A man fell asleep while cooking and woke up to find his single wide trailer on fire. The fire was put out in about 15 minutes. No one was injured and the American Red Cross was called to assist the residents.

11:45 A.M.

Las Vegas police are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle at the intersection of Rappahannock Street and Hacienda Avenue, east of Nellis Boulevard. Road closures were in place at the scene, and police did not release any further immediate details.
