Las Vegas breaking news for May 4, 2018

This is a roundup of all the breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley for May 4, 2018.

3:03 P.M.

A school bus and RTC bus were involved in a crash near Hollywood Boulevard and Sahara Avenue. Two children were on the school bus at the time. It is unknown if there are any injuries. Police are currently moving the buses to prevent traffic problems. 

2:30 P.M.

A vacant house caught fire near Lake Mead and Martin Luther Kind boulevards. The home has burned several times before and firefighters say they have the situation well in hand.

1:29 A.M.

Police say a 37-year-old transgender person walked into a 7-Eleven near Sahara Avenue and Lynwood with a stab wound to the abdomen. May have been a victim of a street robbery. Transported to hospital with non-life threatening injury. No arrests at this time.
