The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

8:20 A.M.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Watch Commander reports a fatal crash at the intersection of Town Center Drive and Charleston Boulevard involving a Nissan sedan and a Toyota pickup truck. According to officials, the pickup was traveling south on Town Center when it ran a red light and collided with the Nissan, causing the sedan to strike a wall. The driver of the Nissan was wearing a seatbelt and transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the pickup was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police closed both streets in all directions as they investigate the crash.

2 young sisters are missing from North Las Vegas. 6-year-old Kenia Gonzalez and her sister 9-year-old Lina Gonzalez were last seen at school, Lincoln Elementary. FULL STORY
