LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.
8:35 P.M.
Police said shots were fired when two groups of men were exchanging property at a Chevron at 9380 W. Tropicana Ave. No injuries were reported, but the shooter remains outstanding.
3:20 P.M.
UPDATE (5/14/20): The Clark County Coroner has identified the man killed in the crash as 20-year-old Michael Lorenzo Bowers from Los Angeles.
North Las Vegas police say they are investigating a fatal crash at the intersection of Azure Avenue and Statz Street. Officers say a Ford Mustang was traveling over 80 mph when it struck a Toyota truck. The Mustang then hit a light pole, and a passenger was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. READ MORE
