The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

10:45 P.M.
Las Vegas police are investigating a double homicide in the 4400 block of Mossy Rock Court, near Decatur Boulevard and Smoke Ranch Road. Authorities said more information will be given during the overnight hours.

9:40 P.M.
The National Weather Service in Las Vegas shared the following information on high winds expected in the northwest part of town this evening.

4:40 P.M.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says Carlos Pagoagam, who was reported missing earlier in the day, has been located.

11:18 A.M.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is asking for help finding Carlos Pagoaga. Police believe he might possibly be in severe emotional distress and in need of medical assistance.

Pagoaga was last seen on June 24 around 11 p.m. near the intersection of Marlborough Avenue and Norwalk Court. That's a residential area near Pecos Road and Washington Avenue.

He was last seen wearing white t-shirt, blue PJ pants with tiny dinosaurs.

All hospitals are asked to check their registries for the missing person and notify the police immediately.

It should be noted that HIPAA permits disclosure upon request by law enforcement and is authorized pursuant to 45 C.F.R. section 164.512.

UPDATE -- 10:47 A.M.
Roads near Lake Mead Boulevard and Pecos Road remain closed due to a structure fire in the area. Fire crews also said the building was vacant with the cause of the fire remaining under investigation and no reported initial injuries.

9:15 A.M.
The intersection at Lake Mead Boulevard and Pecos Road is blocked by police, the RTC reports. Avoid the area. Firefighters are responding to an incident nearby. Check back for updates.
