3:20 P.M.
UPDATE SEPT. 3: The Clark County Coroner has identified the man as 70-year-old Roberto Lerma Damas. The cause of death is listed as multiple blunt force injuries and the incident has been ruled an accident.
Las Vegas police say they are working a fatal crash involving a pedestrian and vehicle at the intersection of Owens and Eastern avenues. The 70-year-old pedestrian was taken to the hospital but passed away. Road closures were in place for the on-scene investigation and the driver of the vehicle was speaking with police.
9:39 A.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue says that the spill has been mostly cleaned up on Sahara Avenue. The lanes have reopened.
8:09 A.M.
Crash on Sahara Avenue between Durango Drive and Cimarron has closed lanes in both directions.

1:26 A.M.
Las Vegas police say a male was shot near Utah and Main streets overnight. He was transported to an area hospital and is still alive. Detectives are investigating.
