The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

11 P.M.
Police are investigating after a man was shot in the leg in the parking lot of 3040 E. Charleston, near Charleston Boulevard and Fremont Street. Officers received a 911 call of the incident shortly after 9:10 p.m. The man was transported to the hospital where police say he is expected to survive.

Authorities say the suspect or suspects are outstanding at this time. They were last driving eastbound on Charleston in a 4-door vehicle, police say.

Officers have some lanes closed in the area as they investigate.

6:20 P.M.
A minor is in custody after reports that they had a gun, according to police. Officers responded to reports of the incident shortly before 6 p.m. near Gowan Road and Durango Drive. There are no injuries to report.

7:14 A.M.
Police are on the scene of a barricade in the 9700 block of Fox Estate Street near South Rainbow Boulevard and West Wigwam Avenue.

1:15 A.M.
A man was shot around 1:15 a.m. in the area of 28th Street and Stewart Avenue. Police say that there was an exchange of gunfire between a pedestrian and someone in a white pickup.The pedestrian was struck and the truck left the area. Police were able to find the truck and arrested 3 male suspects. The man who was shot is expected to live.
