1:27 P.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a fire at 5904 W. Washington Ave. A sofa was on fire. The fire was confined to one unit. No injuries reported.
8:30 A.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue respond to fire near East Washington Avenue and North Marion Drive. At least one person transported to hospital with injuries.

7:45 A.M.
Las Vegas police say they received a call from a person who had allegedly been threatened by a man with a knife near Vegas and Stony drives. When police arrived, the man ran away to a nearby park. Police contained the man to the park and arrested him shortly after. The man was transported to UMC Trauma because he was bitten by a K9 officer. No one else was injured.
